We want your experience at Hot Rocks to be relaxed and enjoyable, so here’s everything you need to know when you book a table with us.
At this time, we are only accepting online bookings for groups of up to 6 guests.
For larger groups (7+), please email us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist you.
If you're booking for 10 or more guests, we kindly ask that you complete our food pre-order booking form at least 48 hours before your reservation. This helps us ensure smooth service and a great experience for your whole group. You can find online form here.
All lunch and dinner reservations are made for our ground floor ‘Beach’ restaurant.
Our terrace tables can be requested when booking but are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Please note:
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your booked time. If you're running late, please call us on 01202 555559 as soon as possible.
To confirm your reservation, we require card details. These are securely stored using our PCI-compliant Payment Gateway.
A non-refundable deposit of £5 per person will only be taken if:
